Dr. Carmen R. Washington, EdD, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner with 18 years of experience. She’s dedicated to providing compassionate care to underserved communities, focusing on chronic conditions and health disparities. As a mentor and educator, she empowers both patients and future practitioners.
Serving and Educating Underserved Communities
The mission is to serve and educate those who have been underserved, with intentional emphasis given to those with ethnic, social, and mental disparities. WW seeks consistent delivery of care to individuals in the community. The goal is to serve and provide culturally competent and effective education of disease processes and preventative health and a desire to help individuals stay, think and look well!
